MISSION
* The Faculty of Sports Sciences has the mission of educating productive, innovative and researcher individuals who have a contemporary education approach, take into account national and universal values, in the light of science and technology.
* To train scientific, contemporary, productive and qualified coaches who can take part in sports institutions and organizations and contribute positively to the environment they live in, by providing the necessary knowledge, experience and equipment to coach candidates through models created in the fields of research, education and application.
* To train physical education teachers who comply with the qualifications determined within the framework of international standards, have universal thoughts and values, and are respectful of the country and world culture, and to provide education, training, research and consultancy services based on science and technology at international standards.
* To train managers who will have a say in the management of our country's sports, in line with the foundations of management science, under the leadership of the educational staff equipped with the knowledge, experience and infrastructure required by the modern management approach.
* To ensure that individuals at all levels of society actively participate in physical activities.
* To be a quality faculty that creates its future through education and science and ensures that sports take part in the lives of humanity in every aspect.
VISION
As Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Faculty of Sports Sciences, our vision is to be a well-equipped team based on scientific foundations, both theoretically and practically, with the spirit of Olympism, innovative, managing crises and conflicts, having ethical principles with an understanding of fair play, and putting these principles into practice in all areas of sports. Turkish Sports will be stronger in the international arena with academics, coaches, physical education teachers and sports managers who are problem solvers, think critically, freely and scientifically, are respectful, develop their ability to work and share as a team, adapt to changing conditions and have effective leadership qualities. To be a quality and productive Faculty that will contribute, design its future with education and science, and ensure that sports take part in the lives of humanity in every aspect.
