Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Men's Basketball Team returned with the second place trophy from the 2nd League Basketball Competitions organized by the Turkish University Sports Federation and hosted by Ordu University between 20-24 December 2021.
Ordu University, Sinop University, Gümüşhane University, Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University and Hitit University men's basketball teams competed in the competitions.
Our University, which defeated Sinop University 69-62, Gümüşhane University 79-44 and Hitit University 72-49, lost to the host team Ordu University 78-77 in the final and finished second in the competition with the difference of double average.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa ALISARLI, the coaching of the team was provided by Assoc. Assist. Ahmet OZSOY and Assistant Prof. Muzaffer Emir ORAK, for their success in sportsmanship and wished them continued success.
