BAİBÜ FACULTY OF SPORT SCIENCES GRADUATION CEREMONY

On 01.06.2023, the graduation ceremony of the Faculty of Sports Sciences was held in the Blue Hall. BAİBU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Aydın HİM, President of Gymnastics Federation Suat ÇELEN, Academic and Administrative Staff, Students and their valuable families attended the ceremony.

The ceremony started with a moment of silence and the National Anthem and continued with the speeches of our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Ümid KARLI, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Aydın HİM and the Faculty's first student Kadir GÖREN from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Education.

In their speeches,

Dean Prof. Dr. Umid KARLI: "First of all, I wish God's mercy to our people who lost their lives in the great earthquake, which was based in Kahramanmaraş and affected ten of our provinces, and I wish health and well-being to our people left behind. I am sorry for the loss of all our heads. You are graduating from our Faculty with a very good education for four years. You will definitely see the difference of the education you receive in the work field. I also express my gratitude to the families of our students."
Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Aydın HIM: "We are as happy, honored and proud as you in this graduation ceremony where you, students and parents are very happy. There is a four-year labor behind this graduation. In this four-year process, our professors have shown great devotion in order to educate our students in the best way. Dear students, you are graduating from a very good university and receiving education from our professors who are successful in their fields. Therefore, be confident in yourself and love your profession."
After the speeches, the video presentation prepared by our graduating students was made and then the graduation certificates were presented to the students of the Department of Coaching Education, Department of Sports Management and Department of Physical Education and Sports Education respectively, and the ceremony ended with the throwing of the caps into the air.
We wish our students who graduated from our faculty success and happiness in their future lives.
