- Intra-institutional, inter-institutional and international transfer application dates: July 15 - 21, 2024
     Applications will be received online via UBYS until 23:59 on the last application day.
       Applications for transfer with central placement score will be received between 01-15 August 2024.

Regulation on the Principles of Transferring Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer

 Documents Required for Intra-Institutional Transfer Application:
1- Student Certificate (approved or e-government document)

2- Transcript (For Intermediate Classes) (certified or document taken from e-government)

3- Course Syllabi (For Intermediate Classes) (taken from the University's Web page)

4- YGS, LYS Result Certificate for those who apply to a program different from the department they are enrolled in

5- Language Proficiency Certificate for applications to programs where foreign language preparatory class is compulsory (The application of candidates without a language proficiency certificate is not accepted).
NOTE: For inter-institutional transfer applications, applications can be made to our departments with 2nd education from 1st education to 2nd education without quota limitation.


Documents Required for Inter-Institutional Transfer (Including Abroad) Application:
1- Student Certificate (certified or document obtained from e-government)

2- Transcript (Transcript) (certified or e-government document)

3- Disciplinary Certificate (approved), (If it is not stated in the Student Certificate or transcript)

4- ÖSYS Exam Result Certificate (Showing the University of Placement)

5- Course Contents (taken from the University's Web page)

6- 10% Success Certificate for Transition from Secondary Education to First Education (Approved)

7- For applications to programs where foreign language preparatory class is compulsory, a document indicating that the preparatory class has been studied and showing the success score (if not specified in the student certificate or transcript)

(It is useful for students who will apply in this context to review the APPENDIX ARTICLE 1 PRACTICE PRINCIPLES published by the Presidency of Higher Education Council).

6- OSYM Result Certificate (Showing the University of Placement)

7- YGS, LYS Result Certificate for those who apply to a program different from the department they are enrolled in

8- Language Proficiency Certificate for applications to programs that provide education in a foreign language (Applications from Turkish programs will be evaluated within the scope of Article 18 of the annex-article 1 application principles).

ATTENTION TO STUDENTS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSFER ENROLLMENT

The lists of students who have the right to enroll will be announced on the relevant Faculty / School / Vocational School Web page.
As a result of the evaluation;
Students who have the right to enroll with intra-institutional and inter-institutional transfer (noble - substitute) will be announced on 02.08.2024 at the latest.

Registrations will be made in person at their schools.

Final registrations of students who have the right to transfer within and outside the institution: August 12 - 16, 2024

Documents required for final registration:

1- Certified original of the student certificate or (barcoded e-government printout)

2- Transcript approved original or (barcoded e-government printout)

3- Certified original of the disciplinary penalty certificate (if not stated in the transcript or student certificate)

4- The approved original of the document indicating that the students who have the right to transfer from 2nd education to 1st education have entered 10%.

5- The original of the equivalency certificate of the students who have the right to enroll from abroad or (ÖSYM result document for students who are placed abroad by ÖSYM.)

6- For the classes with Preparatory Department, the approved original of the document indicating that they have studied preparatory class (if not specified in the student certificate or transcript)

7- A letter stating that there is no problem in transferring. (If it is not stated in the transcript and student document)
