The sports festival (SPORFEST) organized by the Department of Health, Culture and Sports of our university for students in line with its mission has been completed.
The fans who supported their teams in the exciting matches in the sports halls of the Faculty of Sports Sciences added color to the tournament by cheering for their fellow students sweating on the field.
Twelve teams participated in the event in the women's volleyball branch, the Faculty of Science and Letters Team came second, the Faculty of Medicine Team came third, and our Faculty of Sports Sciences Team completed the tournament as the undefeated champion.
In order to celebrate the championship, our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Ümid Karlı, Vice Deans Prof. Dr. Hanifi Üzüm and Dr. Lecturer Kutlu Aydın attended the event. Prof. Dr. Kutlu Aydın, our champion athletes and our supporter students who supported the team with their support came together in the Dean's building and a cake cutting was held.
We congratulate the Volleyball Women's Team, who became the champion in the tournament, and wish them continued success.
